Craig Wright Rejects BTC as Fake Bitcoin that Only Used for Criminal Activities
摘要： BTC is an air drop copy that has been designed to slowly alter the protocol allowing the system to be anonymized to such an extent that criminal activity can happen, said Wright.
May 22 (ChainDD) Craig Wright, an Australian who self-proclaims as Bitcoin’s creator under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto and founder of Bitcoin SV (BSV) and nChain, told Bloomberg through an email that “BTC is passing off as Bitcoin. It is an air drop copy that has been designed to slowly alter the protocol allowing the system to be anonymized to such an extent that criminal activity can happen. The goal is to create a system that allows people to commit crimes, extort money, have automated ransomware and worse. This is not the goal of Bitcoin.”
According to ChainDD’s previous news, the registration filings disclosed showed Wright registered as at the US Copyright Office author of original Bitcoin whitepaper and most of original Bitcoin code. BSV price at some exchange once surged over 200% intraday.
But CoinDesk commented that registration doesn’t mean ownership or official patent. Copyright process allows anyone to register for preparing lawsuits related to ownership. Computer code and whitepaper can be copyrighted because they are considered as literary work.
